I got my acceptance letter (actually an E-mail) from Mesa jr. College San Diego! That means I can start college in may (that is summer-semester), but I still need to take some tests to see what classes I'll be needing to attend. Tonight I'll look up everything with my dad so I know what I need to be focused on the next couple of months.
Oh I don't have TB the doctor said so I can keep my job! I think the kids are finally getting use to me. I now work less hours a day so I can focus more on my schoolwork and because the school only needs me those hours.
Almost forgot! I got my permit again, again? Yeah again, my other one was expired so I needed to get a new one. I did that on Friday with my dad and a passed :) after that I got my fingerprints checked to make sure I'm not a criminal and I can tell you my friends I'm not and that showed on the research. Somewhere it is disturbing your privacy, they can find everything about you with your fingerprints. Hmm, that is a good subject for a debate. Haha. For lunch my dad and I went out to O.B. to the Noodle house and there I had my first bowl of pho. It was OK, but it a little bit too fishy, maybe because I asked for pho with fish. Before we went to pick up Joshua (my brother) my dad took me for a drive! I was so nervous, but it went so good. We hope I will have my drivers license next month, but first I need a little bit more driving experience.
The rest of the weekend was nice, we had dinner by friends who have a beautiful view of downtown San Diego and the Coronado bridge. The highlight of my weekend was talking to Kim, because ever since I've moved over here I hadn't spoken to her through Skype. Too bad her webcam failed, I could talk to her for about 5 minutes with seeing her, but after that I was talking to a black screen. We talked about how things were going and how my dog is so not a dog because she is so small, but Kim isn't the tallest or the biggest either and I don't tell her she's not human. Haha, yes I had a lot of fun talking to her.
Now I'm waiting for mom until she is finished with her meeting.
Well that was all.
Love, Crysta
